Between Cahors and Gourdon, near the department of Dordogne, charming mill dating from the 18th century. renovated in 2011. At the foot of the medieval village of Peyrilles and its castle. Its pond and the presence of the stream make this cottage unique and attractive. The owners of the cottage, lovers of hiking, will make you discover the many hikes to do around the cottage. On the ground floor: living room with fully equipped open kitchen and living room, bathroom communicating with the bedroom, separate wc, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with access to the 2nd attic bedroom on the mezzanine (2 single beds ). Electric underfloor heating and wood pellet stove. 25m² terrace, barbecue, garden furniture overlooking an unfenced plot of 4000m².
