FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN WE CHECK IN, RESORT LOOK RUN DOWN, TOILET ROOM NO LIGHT, LINEN LOOK OLD AND WORN OUT, NO HOT WATER AND EVEN COCKRAOCH IN THE ROOM.

Terrible access to the rooms. Down a super steep entrance that is not roller baggage friendly. People smoking everywhere in the common areas "including staff". NON WORKING AC!!! Offered a fan and a bucket of ice in front of it but, charged a fee for the ice! NON WORKING WIFI in the room. Would not recommend or stay here ever again!
