The building is brand new, but there appeared to be a few issues with the construction / building quality. The sound insulation wasn’t great. Some of my sheets hadn’t been changed, but the clerk went above and beyond to make it right, and I slept great with clean bedding. The rooms are basically furnished apartments, great amenities in room (washer/dryer, full refrigerator, full size stove and dishwasher). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was a great little find! My husband is having daily radiation treatments at UPenn. We live about 2 hours away se needed a place to stay. Majority of the local hotels were booked, not to mention extremely expensive. The reviews on 4211 Studios were great so we decided to give them a try. This idea of an “apartel” turned out to be way better than a regular hotel. It’s like an adorable little apartment you can rent nightly. Staff is amazing! Kind, welcoming and helpful. We will be going back and forth for the next three weeks. They are gradually holding some of our things so we don’t have to lug everything back and forth. Great place! So, so grateful we found it. It eased so much stress during a very difficult time. Thank you!!

Modern technology

Hotel is awesome, definitely recommend the modernization of the hotel. Full time valet parking is great too. The addition price for parking wasn’t detailed upon booking and please reserve in advance whether you pay there make sure to call in your parking reservation. Absolutely recommend and will return!
