The host was responsive. Location is great. Found the beds quite comfortable The main living room was a compelling space. With this said. There are very serious issues with the space that must get fixed. First, the space is dangerous. The downstairs balcony is pretty much in disrepair. The upstairs balcony is lovely. But, the handrails around the balcony are loose and not structurally sound. Someone could get very seriously hurt. Then, all the carpets and furniture are beyond filthy. Tremendous amounts of disgusting stains. Hard to imagine it every being cleaned. Then, there is a host of other small stuff: 1) there are 2 glasses and 1 mug in the entire kitchen, 2) closet doors/shower doors pretty much broken; 3) kitchen and bathrooms are barebones. Once these problems get addressed, then the rental will be an A plus given location and the bones of the space.
