ok so when you first get there you have to be buzzed in by front desk. I believe they do that to keep our the homeless or those people from the house next door ( I believe its a halfway house or some sort) Front desk was welcoming and helpful. the lobby isn't as bright either. especially by the eating area, its not light on in that area at all. the room is just your basic room. bed bathroom tv. nothing cool to rave about. the coffee cups were soooo bad. every other cup leaked out after coffee sitting for about 5mins. please be prepared to use your key card everytime you need to get back into the hotel. My upstairs neighbors kids was rediculous with being up in the middle of the night running non stop. then stop for about 2-3hrs and woke back up bright and early in the morning with running again. Only thing I like about the hotel is that it was 6mins away from most things. the homeless people makes it feel uneasy when walking up trying to pull out my key card.

Yeah don't bother staying here unless this is the only thing in your budget. Dirty no climate control in the rooms creepy basement without of service vending machines. The windows in the hotel room didn't close correctly which opened on to the hallway. Just all around bad.

4.7/5. The hotel is in an excellent area, just an easy walking distance from Center City's Chinatown, restaurants, the Fashion District, the train and even the reading terminal. The room and building was pleasant. The staff was kind as well. However, my only gripe is that the breakfast offered was hardly a breakfast (mainly sugary pastries, yogurts and white bread, etc without proteins such as eggs or sasuages).

Gave me an accessible room even though I didn’t request one. Room setting was wierd coz the sink was outside in the room and the coffee machine was also cramped right into the sink area. Very loud sound all night, either the AC or the boiler which I suppose was close to the room I got I guess.

The hotel and surroundings are inhabited by homeless people, many of whom are experiencing behavioral health issues. We checked into the hotel, got to the room which stunk like cigarettes and went back to the front desk to complain. The front desk was unstaffed and we saw people using their keycards to let obvious non-guests into the lobby. We went back to the room got our stuff and left as it was an unsafe environment. We went around the corner to the Best Western, for a few bucks more than what we paid at the Days Inn we got a safe, clean hotel which has a great breakfast.

Upon arrival there were people outside as a single female I was a bit alarmed The parking situation paid over $ 30.00 in street parking The room was clean..bed was comfortable … bathroom was clean…no windows….. but at important to show the rooms on the website
