The room and hotel was nice for the most part. I’d like to add the rooms could use some facelifts and renovations in the near future but I’d definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Philly again. The staff were very helpful, respectful and nice, which is always a plus. It’s a central location that’s close to a lot of different and important attractions. We were able to take a 6 min walk to the Reading Terminal Market, which I highly recommend taking a trip to. The market has so many great food and dessert options in one location. This hotel was a decent option for our trip overall.

I paid for valet parking and after checking out, the valet could not find my car keys that I just handed directly to them a few hours prior. While searching for my keys for about 10 minutes, he continuously asked me what they looked like before I decided to search for them myself. I followed the location of the AirTag on my keys to a nearby parking lot where my car doors were unlocked and my keys were laying on the passenger seat out in the open. Anyone could have walked by and potentially stolen my vehicle. When I told the receptionist about this, he told me I would be receiving a refund for parking in about three business days; however, after four business days, I called the hotel staff who said there was no refund processing or incident report filed. I may not receive my refund at all due to staff negligence. This is completely unprofessional and I will never support this establishment again.
