Comfortable and Convenient

Convenient location, a short walk to the food market and all the action. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, equipped with coffee, fridge, and hairdryer. Bathroom could use an update -slow shower drain and not too much water pressure. Not too much traffic noise from the street, allowing for rest and a good night sleep. Good breakfast buffet with some warm items is provided, although there is never enough tables available in the breakfast area. Complimentary coffee/tea is also available throughout the day (very thoughtful detail, much appreciated during cold days). Stayed for 3 nights, maids never came in to clean my room/bathroom or change towels. Overall, a clean, well-located & affordable option. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

There was no housekeeping. Checked in; the room was sort of made. Trash in the bathroom waste basket. One towel (which we discovered late when we needed to shower). No pillow cases, pillows just tossed on the filthy couch. Queen sized sheets on a King sized bed (very annoying; feet were always uncovered). The room certainly had not been vacuumed. Talked to the front desk, "We'll get housekeeping right on it!". Never did. Ended up handing ME the pillow cases. Housekeeping was on the floor Saturday but never came into our room. This is a shame. This is the second time we stayed at the property to attend the PHS Flower Show. I don't think we'll be back.

Loved my stay here. Everything was clean and staff were super friendly! They gave me great recommendations. Many stores, restaurants, and things to see were a walkable distance. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Wonderful stay at the PHS Flower Show

The staff were very professional and friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage at the beginning and end of the trip. Breakfast was adequate and free. We were prepared for the day. Perfect location for our day at the convention center and close to the Reading Market with a wide variety of foods. Wonderful!
