It says daily housekeeping but they only fix the bedding and towels. They never mopped, vacuumed, or wiped anything down. Had to ask multiple times for room to be cleaned and housekeeping had a terrible attitude. Other than that the stay was great and located near a good market and china town.

Being right next to reading terminal market makes it the best location ever. Outlets didn’t work for one of the beds so that was annoying.

The hotel as advertised makes it look like it’s in a nice part of the city. But to get there you have to walk under a dodgy dark tunnel and past druggies. Not great. My kids were so scared they refused to go out after dark. The room was ok. The doorman was lovely the reception not so helpful.

Spent the weekend in Philly for a Metallica concert. This was convenient to the subway and Reading Terminal Market. Friendly staff. Little sketchy outside at night, but hotel can't help that. They had security at the door and needed to scan your room card to get inside. My wife and I felt safe once we got inside. Would stay again.

I had a great experience. We were treated so kind the entire time. Staff was helpful. Shout out to Jennifer at the front desk and John at the garden bar. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s in such a great location too. Near bars, food, bakery’s. I felt safe while I was there too. Good times. I’d come back.
