Parking is terrible, no valet. Two city decks to choose from. Hotel entrance is basically under a via duct connecting the convention center, which make for incredible loud noise when traffic is heavy

I made my reservation a month in advance and they cancelled my reservation without prior notice. I was left without a room and they couldn't give me an explanation. If you are traveling and plan to stay at Hilton, I don't recommend it. You could end up without a room on the same day you check in, like what happened to me and my wife.

Take the good with the bad
I had to go in for a 5:30am major surgery. Had to shower before bed. Mid shower I fun that there is no shower gel, very inconvenient. The bathtub was also clearly not cleaned thoroughly as there was a pubic hair in the tub. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub so I could take one last bath before I couldn’t fit the next 8 weeks. Obviously I didn’t take a bath after seeing the hair. There was no bag in the ice bin either. They promptly bright a bag for the ice bin and shower gel AFTER I had dinner my best to shower with the dregs that I could get after adding water to the shower gel bottle. Comfortable room. There did have a wheelchair for returning 12 hours after I went in for surgery and provided extra pillows as my partner requested. The food was very expensive. Was grateful for a room close to the hospital but the shower /bath situation was unacceptable.
We had a great stay. Convenient location right by the convention center and reading terminal market. Clean room with fluffy pillows and comfy bed, staff was friendlyandhelpful. . Would definitely stay here again. Just keep in mind there is a strict no late check out policy. We called down letting them know we were runing about 15 mins behind and were told if we were not out by 11 we would be charged for another night.
The fist day when i checked in they toll me that i had to leave next day because its was full booked i toll them that i did reservation 3 month ago and it was until Sunday they change me from room my reservation was two bedroom they only give me 1 bed and sofa they didn't respect my reservation
The rooms were old looking needing an update! Some of the outlets were inoperable. Did not offer any onsite activities, refreshments or snacks, or free brewed coffee! Hotel is ideal for walkable activities

First, I paid extra for a breakfast pass. I should’ve received the breakfast pass when I checked In. Instead, I was turned away from breakfast, told to go to the front desk and obtain my breakfast pass they should’ve given me from the start. Then, the garden grille on the 10th floor, was unacceptable. Our food came out under cooked, with a slight taste of mold. We send our food back, and not one manager came over to discuss the incident. Later that evening, both my guest and myself had diarrhea and vomiting due to the undercooked and moldy food. Lastly, the elevators in the building have not been properly inspected as there is no up to code inspection sticker posted anywhere inside or outside of the elevator. The health department along with the labor and industry department will be contacted once we have completed this trip. Along with a formal and written complaint to Hilton corporate.
