Second time me and my wife visited this hotel always a good experience service could be a little better far as more welcoming but other than that no complaints perfect area. Philly is our second home so it’s always a pleasure when we get a chance to come out and visit.

Lovely view of water. Walkable to old town locations. Heavy traffic area and construction. The hotel lobby is nicely furnished and promising. Room was clean and serviceable but badly worn carpets, brown bathroom grout, and badly worn bathtub suggest it’s time for some renovation. Busy hotel- large tour groups - had to ask multiple times (morning and again at night) for some needed items. Average experience.

Great stay!

A very nice hotel, clean and great location. My only complaint was the wait time for the elevators. It was a busy weekend and there was one elevator out of commission make the wait times long during the busier times of day.

This property was a terrible example of what a Hilton caliber experience should be. My room was dusty and dirty. The housecleaning staff didn’t even wipe the table off. It was sticky to the touch. The trim on the bed had holes in it like an animal was clawing at it and brown stains on it. I could not stay in that room. For the price per night it was no where near worth it. The front desk staff was helpful after I explained the extent of the damage, as there was an actual hole in the tub, chalking all over the shower trim and the tub was filthy and black. I am so disappointed. The views on the other hand are attributed to the nature and I felt safe there at night. The pool hours are not as stated on the booking website, it closes earlier which was a huge downgrade for me and they no longer have a shuttle. This is a terrible misrepresentation of what you are paying for. The bellman and union workers were very helpful however the hotel itself was not up to par.
