The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We needed extra linens and it only took a few minutes to get them. My kids loved the pool and the workout room looked great. The breakfast was really good all 3 mornings with a good variety. The carpets were pretty run down and only negative is no one cleaned the room during the 3 days. This is our second time staying here and we will be staying here again next year.

Great customer service. Besides maintenance who decided to explain why the sink was clogged instead of ensuring that he would drain it. Hair all over the bathroom floor and shower.

One working elevator for 6 floors. Broken ice machine on 5th and 4th floor. Only floors 2 and 3 had ice machines. Add says restaurant and bar. Incorrect. No bar. No restaurant. Mini fridge in room was not cold at all. No microwave in room. A plus was the staff were all very nice.

We got there around 10:30 pm and there were people running around the property yelling at guests, front staff was standing around, people running up and down the halls trying to open doors until 2:30 am. It was terrible.
