The floor we are staying in was so noisy even after midnight. There was only one elevator working for the whole weekend. There was a bad odour coming from the halls that they fixed on the second night of the stay. The shampoo dispenser was empty during our entire stay even though I told front desk about it. It wasn’t a good experience overall

The room was tiny and was advertised as great for families. With 4 kids it should have never been recommended or transparent about the room setup. For how much I paid for this room compared to other places I've booked through Expedia, it was a let down.

The staff was awesome, the outside area could have used a bit of cleaning, but the inside areas were very clean including the rooms. One of two elevators were down so there was a long wait to get to your room.

worst hotel shower ever. Not hot and limited flow. Difficult to rinse my hair. Shampoo and conditioner not filled. Sink drained poorly. Hot water was not hot. Breakfast OK but fruit was frozen. Coffee was weak.

The pros: check in was easy, the hotel room was as described, and the room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the free breakfast was good The cons: red stains on the carpet of the room that looked like blood (creepy!), a hair on the bedding (not mine), the pool was closed for renovation, the sound of the highway woke me up during the night, the room had a musty smell.

So dirty when we checked in there were dirty socks on top on a chair, breakfast was a nightmare area dirty I wish I would’ve taken pictures at breakfast it was so busy for just 2 staff that one of the girls feel cause she was so rushed front staff didn’t even come help. Coffee was nasty. I can keep on going only one elevator was functioning so that made it horrible tables in front of the elevator were sticky and dirty. I mean, I could go on and on. I will never stay her again nor I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We checked in an hour early was no problem. Our room is nice and neat except for the carpet has a stain. There’s only 1 elevator working on the time of our stay. One night, there was a sewage smell all over the facility but they fixed it the next day. The breakfast was good. We had scrambled eggs, cinnamon French toast sticks, bacon and some fruits. Overall, i will rate it 6 out of 10.

The stay was just okay. We like the size of the room and the amenities. Parking was very convenient and the staff was welcoming. Check out was easy. We wanted a quiet get away with a pool. The pool was not clean. The water was very dark. Needless to say, we did not utilize the pool. The room was comfortable. Only issues we had with the room was the shower head had green mildew on it and the cabinet the refrigerator was in was broken. It seemed sunken in. Not leveled. Basically the trip planned around the pool. We were not pleased.

The room itself wasn't bad, at all... Clean, spacious enough. Had a nice pull out couch and king size bed... The REST of the property could definitely use some attention.... The common area wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I saw a man enjoying some adult beverages in the evening and then watched a family clear his garbage from the table the next morning for breakfast.and the pool.. well... Let's just say it was for the kids. . Clearly the pool filter wasn't keeping up... And housekeeping was not keeping up with the water dripped ALL over the first floor from kids coming and going from the pool.
