The only is I had is there was a hold of $50.00 that I was unaware of, I thought the fee advertised was the final dollar amount, which was already 300.00 basically and had to add 50.00 more to it. If your company could include ALL DETAILS including price holds, that would be great

The staff were friendly, the property was clean enough, but far from what i was expecting from a 200$ a night hotel. The breakfast was beyond poor. There were basically nothing to eat, the eggs were tasteless and no bagels, toast or muffins offers. We had yogurt, extremely sweet cereal, and few waffles. The best part was the pool , my kids had fun!!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights visiting our daughter/husband and granddaughter. We have only one bad experience but it was a big and annoying. This hotel has 6 floors and we were on the 4th floor. There was two elevators but the entire time one was broken. We waited sometimes 5 minutes waiting.

Hotel was disgusting. We are Hyatt members and stay at Hyatt's all the time, and this property was terrible. Not only was there poor customer service, an elevator was broken, the other wasn't working at times either. The room was filthy, the floor had crumbs and dirt all over it. The bathroom had black bold all over the ceiling and floor, and the shower wasn't even working, so we couldn't even shower. There was dried blood and snot on the couch in the room and the couch was also broken, not connected and the cushions smelled and were stained. The fridge wasn't cold and the sheets were rough, stiff and smelled like chemicals. The window drapes were broken, didn't close and also filthy. The breakfast was non-existent. They served brunt toast, the "eggs" were black, and there was no coffee. Pictures of this property were totally misleading and resort was gross. Front desk manager Michelle at check-out was not helpful, dismissed any issues, and seemed annoyed at dealing with a guest and didn't want to hear any concerns. This property and staff didn't live up to Hyatt standards or their level of high customer service and quality. Dirty and disgusting.

The different sets of steps were confusing if it was your first time there no directions, the breakfast was good but was the only meal served, no restaurant like website said but you can door dash or deliver food, no bar like on website, in the "spa&pool" no hot tub, the one elevator was out, ice is only on the 3rd floor, the cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was nice to work with.

Parking fine - but lot not friendly for maneuvering. 1/2 elevators not working. 1/2 ice machines not working. Room toilet handle loose, shower regulator was starting to strip. Had to find front desk agent in morning to find breakfast attendant because the 3 regular coffee carafes (catering size) were empty. The food was running low At 9 am with breakfast ending at 10 am and no one seemed to want to bring out anything fresh, even though the dining area continued to fill with guests. Staff was friendly, but kinda lazy. I called to ask where the ice machines were and I was told “maybe the 5th and 3rd floors.” Maybe? The staff doesn’t know? Then I go to the 5th floor, as I’m staying on the 6th, and that ice machine is out of order. Why didn’t the staff tell me that? There was a sign on the machine - so it’s not like it was broken and staff wasn’t aware. When I spoke with the desk staff regarding my experience I got the “I’m sorry, are you a Hyatt member?” When I said no, the response was “well sorry.” Will not stay there again. I’m a Hilton member and will continue to be. I travel every month and the is the worst stay I’ve had in 12-16 months. Would not recommend.
