The one staff member we encountered was lovely and tried her best to be helpful. The television did not work in our room and she was unable to resolve that issue. There was no follow up during our four day stay. The room could use a deep cleaning, particularly the bathroom. But the location was great, and it was comfortable and quiet.

The Hunt room was spacious and the bed was firm. The bathroom needs renovation but was serviceable. Maja at reception was lovely and helpful and welcomed us warmly. Overall a good value for the money though the rooms did need updating. For what it’s worth, though we didn’t see the rooms on the second floor that share a hall bathroom, the bathroom was spacious and looked newly renovated. We also considered using that bathroom instead of ours. We also peaked into the Grand Dame room on our way up to ours since the door was wide open. Same large spacious layout. The carpeting needs replacement, and the bathroom looked in better shape than the Hunt room. We’ll cone back and try another room because if its convenient location for us.

Breakfast menu is a minimal continental breakfast. Mattress was unstable (uneven), squeaky. Temperature was up and down. Hard to find a comfort level with the sheets and comforter covering. Fan in living room squeaked all night. Could not turn it off. The hotel is an absolute gem and very cute. The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. I would still stay here 8/10 times if opportune.

Always a wonderful stay! Location is perfect and feels safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did not stay for breakfast as we had other plans that day. For their rates, the value is great. We will return and recommend.

Shabby unclean. Room above us and nextdoor was so noisy. Creaky, bed noises, snoring, footsteps. Apparently no sound proofing. Fruit salad made of spoiled fruit, overcooked eggs. Great location but everything else very lacking. Would not recommend.

The Bed and Breakfast was a nice boutique hotel in Philadelphia. It is located in an older row house. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows,towels and bathrobes were provided. One of the rooms that faced the front of the property you could hear the noise from the street. Both rooms and hallway and stairs had creaky floors, which woke us up several times during the night when the other guests got up. The bathroom had mold around the base of the shower and the floor.
