Easy check in and out!! Easy to get to room!! The room was clean! Staff was friendly and professional. Bed was so comfortable. We felt safe. Easy to get Lyft to pick up and drop u off.

We did not realize the motel was an extended stay so we were surprised to have a full size kitchen and a room that looked like a studio apartment. It wasnt cleaned very well but that would not take away from my thoughts on it. For what we paid i was amazed. The wifi would not work on the TV but the staff was phenomenal. We want to come again.

Supposed to be a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarettes and had burnt marks on the furniture along with pee stains on couch. Smoke detector had a bag over it. Found lingerie under the tv stand. Cob webs with bugs in it. Coffee maker appeared to never of been cleaned. Cherry on top our neighbor was blasting on full volume music from a speaker until 6am. Called the 24 hour front desk to either check out at 3am or to let them know but no answer. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had staying in a hotel in my life. Will never recommend and will never stay there again.

The area was quiet throughout the day and at night the room across was playing loud music for hours and had all types of traffic in and out. My room conditions were red stains on the carpet floor the toilet were clogged and the shower and tub had dirty rings that needs to be repainted, the inside of the room entry door had dents from someone kicking it. Have the power in the room wouldn’t work or would turn on hours later. You can tell this hotel is good for partying and maybe sex traffickers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The terrible experience was a combination of both room and staff. Issues with the rooms: 1st room - For non-smoking, the moment I walked into the room, I was immediately hit with a pungent smell of marijuana. The entire unit smelled like someone just smoked some weed in it. I immediately called the office and demanded a new room. 2nd room - The room was very cold. The heat did not work in it. The thermostat was low in battery, and the heat option didn't even kick on. The lamps did not have lightbulbs in them. Therefore, they did not work. The TV remote did not turn on the TV. I called back to the office and asked for maintenance. The tech onsite was not able to correct the thermostat issue and got me into another room. 3rd room - I was finally able to relax once I checked into my third room. The time it took to get a room took over 45+ minutes and several visits back to the office. Issue with the staff that night: She was not empathetic at all. Every time I came back for a room exchange, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and wanting to help me out, she sighed as she got up from her chair. It was the worst customer service experience ever! She was annoyed at having to switch out my rooms three times as IF I was the cause that she had to do extra work. Overall: I'll be traveling to Philadelphia often, but I will NEVER come back to stay at this location. I will NEVER suggest any of my friends to stay here either.
