I had no remote for my tv and the sink didnt drain . Disappointed for sure . Whats worse is that i told the lady at the front desk who told me she would make sure i would get one . I never did get it

NO Amenities, short staff, room not clean, TV not working, no remote, had to move room, they didn't clean the room the next day, they left trash in the hallway from 2pm to the next day and still in the hallway trash bage full of trash. I have pictures. This unexpected no one have stay in place like this

The room was fine. The desk clerk was overworked. Not her fault. My complaint is that I booked with Travelocity and somehow the date I chose got changed to the following night. I contacted Travelocity immediately and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I went to the hotel and I was told they couldn’t do anything. I paid for 2 nights when I only asked for 1. I’d really appreciate some kind of refund.

I travel a lot... It's a good thing! I did EVERYTHING born in me to be polite and engaging. I'd rather SLEEP IN A RENTAL CAR in a BLIZZARD in WISCONSIN before I EVER gave that hotel another dime of mine... That's my honest! The Management is RUDE and dismissive... STAY AWAY!

The property is exactly what you pay for. The good. The room was clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, the shower was HOT with good pressure. The bad. Because of the low price for rooms, it draws people that look a little sketchy, they are renovating so all amenities are not available, and there was the smell of smoke in the room even tho the entire property is non smoking. Personally, I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The housekeeping staff did not speak English or at least none of the ones I spoke to. I would stay here again. Im 60, female, and i felt safe.... maybe not walking around alone at night in the parking lot. I found this property to be very comfortable and accommodating.
