False advertising

Booked as it had a hot breakfast and king size bed with good reviews on Hotels.com. Two double beds and no breakfast...had a semi-permanent sign saying equipment failure. Room was very "worn" with large rust area on tub and bathroom equipment. No discount given when requested

Absolutely cannot check in before 3pm. Took forever to get checked in bc there was a lot of us waiting. Not the cleanest building the room was ok except no microwave. Shuttle driver well you need to figure that out for yourself and make sure you there and load your stuff did not even bother to acknowledge any of us…..there was several.

The place wasn’t clean, I was warned from another guest there was some shattered glass in the pool. Nobody took any action! I didn’t feel comfortable and save to enjoy the swimming pool. The Halls were dirty too.

Shafted us on breakfast. None available. Not even some bagels or muffins or coffee. The whole place reeked of weed. Doesn't necessarily bother me but there were plenty of children around, including my own. No batteries on the TV remote, had to go downstairs twice and insist on them. If you don't get too bothered by such things, then enjoy!

The room was just fine. When I arrived, the power was out in the city due to bad weather and the hotel staff was hard at work to make sure we were all taken care of. They did a great job getting us all checked in with a mobile setup. I was impressed! One negative is that the restaurant is currently closed due to a pipe bursting. Also, there was not even coffee service in the morning which is available at much cheaper hotels. I was surprised they didn’t even have a coffee pot going for the $165 price tag I paid. The hotel needs some work but it has promise. The staff was great.

Worth $79.99 which was listed price for 1 person. A bunch of us had to book b/c of weather-.related flight cancellations in Philly - two people for one night basic room ended up being $230. Room was clean but not hallways. Run down.

I want to start by saying yesterday was a crazy day due to a storm. The airport cancelled a bunch of flights and the surrounding areas lost power. So they were the ONLY hotel left in the area. positives: the mattresses are in encasements and the room had a lot of available lights. Negatives: room had mold and water damage, toilet kept running, tub didn’t drain. I wish I would have taken pictures but was in such a rush to leave that we were out of the hotel by 8/830.

I requested to have a different room because the one I was given had a tv that did not work, a phone that did not work and also the bathtub did not drain. I had to make multiple trips to office to get help with all my issues. It took several hours. The bathroom also wasn’t cleaned before my stay. There is also a bad ant problem as a found a trail in the bathroom of the “new room”

We ended up needing to switch rooms 3 times. First room, the AC was broken. We ran the AC before we left for dinner and came back to a humid room. Turns out the there was a hole in the AC vent leading to the outside. The second room we were put in, the room stunk of cigarettes. The previous occupants had clearly missed the signs that it was a non smoking room (or they didn’t care). By the time we got to our third room, it was past midnight. The last room was fine. The staff were really really helpful to accommodate us.

Pillow Cases were dirty, I’m glad that I brought my own. The hallways were dirty. No microwave in rooms. I had 2 refrigerators in my room and only one worked. I had to ask for my Do not Disturb sign.. with all honesty I been to a worst hotel before. but over all I’m just happy that there was a roof over my head and The staff were nice but some workers didn’t seem that they spoke English so I didn’t understand when they talked to me. But amen.

It was clean, staff was nice. One thing to note, it is advertised as free, hot breakfast….there is NO breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby! That was very disappointing, as we were here for a medical appointment in the city that was early, and did not have time to go to a sit down breakfast. That is one of the main things we were looking for in a hotel when we chose it. My husband is a diabetic, so this threw our timeline for the day off.
