This is my favorite hotel in the city I just don't always stay there if it's not convenient but the price is extremely reasonable and the rooms are always clean. It's steps away from Chinatown restaurants, SEPTA, the arch and close by attractions like reading terminal and the convention center.

For the price and convince, it was fine. The room smelled really musty and one of the late nice staff was kinda rude when letting us is after the front doors were locked. Everything felt kind of dirty but again for the price and location, it was the best option for us. There's also a parking lot right next to it which was nice even tho it was $110 for 3 nights but everywhere in the city charges for parking. They also double and triple parked the cars so it was difficult getting out.

We had a great time, some pretentious d-bag was complaining in front of us during check out and honestly that’s my biggest complaint, the room and location was great and the staff were SO nice, and the complimentary breakfast waffles were 10/10, the only thing I’d change was our lampshade had a few weird stains on it, but we’re not sleeping on the lampshade and it’s great price!! 10/10 we’d stay again
