★The ground floor hosts a living/dining room and a full kitchen. The dining table can sit comfortably 8. The living room has a decorative fireplace and a new 60-inch HD Smart TV with free Netflix and Prime Video. The fully equipped kitchen has a marble countertop with a wine bar and a full-sized fridge, a new stove, a dishwasher, coffee/ tea pots, and a microwave.

★The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both newly remodeled. The master bedroom has its own full bath with shower. A full-size crib is also available.

★The third-floor attic is a unique gallery with original paintings done by the owner. It is a very quiet and cozy room with a new Smart TV. The attic is an art studio which also serves as a den.
