PARKING:
Street parking is available in the area, including spots right in the middle of the block. Public parking lots are also nearby. For the best options and prices, we recommend downloading the BestParking app—it shows all available parking locations in the area and allows you to compare rates easily.

Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.

PETS:
Please note that pets are not allowed in the unit. If a pet is found on the premises or evidence of a pet`s stay is discovered, the reservation will be immediately cancelled, eviction will be enforced, and a $500 penalty will be charged through Airbnb.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
❌ No more than 4 guests are allowed in the home at any time
❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
❌ No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay
