This is not a good part of town. Our car was broken into on the first night breaking passenger side front window. The couch in the one bedroom had a broken leg making it nearly impossible to sleep on. The queen sized bed literally broke in the middle of the night slamming us to the ground. We tried numerous times to get ahold of the host. Called VRBO and they couldnt get ahold of the host either! When the cops came to investigate the car, they told us "that was the nicest thing they could have done to us" referring to the robbers. This is really not a good part of the city. Id recommend staying somewhere else!

James was a great host! Very accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. Place was well-kept and comfortable, and was only a 7 min walk to the MET for our show. Would stay here again!

The condo was nice and clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. Parking was easy to find on the street. It’s close to a subway and to The Met and we felt safe walking that short distance even at night. The neighborhood is in some transition, but overall was great.

Hot Chocolate Race and Birthday Weekend

We had a great stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Great price and really cute decor. Love the colors!The only complaint would be that the futon was definitely not queen size as listed in the description, so one person had to sleep on the orange couch in the other bedroom. Not a big deal, but maybe update your listing.
