Hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived, despite of seeing my confirmation email, the front desk person offered no help and basically told me "not my problem". Having asked finally if they have any available rooms to just get on the spot, I was told that they do, only to waste another 20 minutes for them to click through the application and tell me that no, actually there are no rooms. Terrible experience all around and completely unprofessional and unpleasant "customer service", if you can call it that.
when i got here the lobby was full of people saying they were there waiting for a while . Few minutes lates a young lady showed up, the previous person left her jo key so she had to get into the office the best way she could . Well that entailed climbing through the service window. She also made a statement that this happens often, i then became furious. This is not a good way to conduct business.
The information showed complimentary breakfast which I know can be something small as muffins or bagels with coffee, and the onsite note says starts 6.00 Am. But when I went to the coffee bar/breakfast area it was only coffee and empty racks. No one was at the front desk or anyone to assist/replenish items. May be they were only away for those 5 min but I didn’t have time to keep waiting.
General manager and most of staff were super helpful and very friendly..Had asked for early check in which was accommodated so can't complain about the fact that the room was not clean. Besides the dog constantly barking in one of the rooms and the little mouse that shared the room with us (he didn't eat much ) the stay was quiet convenient and cheap which at the time was exactly what I needed. I've stayed before and I'll stay again if need be.
Great price. Good for any stay cation. The maids dont bother you unless you want them to clean up.
The only issue was the fridge not working. Not a huge deal because my staynwas short. Otherwise little complaints at the price point. Great location. Youre away from everything and near everything you might want to visit
We booked online. The room was not ready when we arrived at about 6:30p.m. The general manager was helping out and prepared the rooms for us and other guests who were also waiting.While waiting, I witnessed one customer ask for a bath mat and he was told they had none. Another asked for a second room key and was told they had none. The excuse was the hotel was booked up . I was concerned about the cleanliness of the room and was thankful I brought sanitizing wipes.

The breakfast offering was atrocious. Instant oatmeal was provided, but no bowls. Had to mix in a paper cup. No juice or fruit. Had to ask for coffee to be made
