Nice beach access. Gets very busy when cruise ships are in town. Area closes down at 6 pm leaving limited dining opportunities and feels deserted. Bar music choice in the evening somewhat annoying (rap). Single elevator serves 4 floors. Great breakfast.

Conveniently located hotel in Phillipsburg. On Front Street, lots of shopping, on promenade with beach access. Restaurant is good. Rooms with sea view have balconies. Tour arrangements available.

This hotel is the best on the Dutch side of the island. It is in the heart of everything. Stores are outside the front door, the beach is outside the back door. The staff are exceptional, always made you feel welcome. The food and service in the restaurant are top notch. The hotel and rooms are very clean.

They property was terrific! Staff was friendly and willing to help at all times the restaurant was also very good. The location was also very fine as we were getting on to the star flyer cruse and the location was [perfect.

Checkin and checkout were excellent as the reception staff are top notch. Food in Ocean was very good but two disappointing events. First on Friday night we could not order off the bar menu in the dining room. My wife wanted something light off the bar menu and I wanted an entree off the main restaurant menu Second I was charged $4 for a coffee refill which was surprising for a high quality restaurant
