Holland House was a good stay and great location.I traveled solo and everyone was nice and friendly. I really appreciated how helpful the two lady receptionist at the front were and Forbes who worked on the beach and at the restaurant. Room was nice.My only suggestion is that the cleaning staff take time to look over certain details when cleaning the rooms. Other than that I enjoyed myself.

This is in the area of cruises so everything closes around 5. A taxi is definitely needed to go places in the evening

Very glad I chose this location for my birthday, it was exactly what I was needing! Very clean , beautifully decorated hotel. The women at the desk are amazing, they help with whatever you need. The bar provided amazing drinks and service! I would pick this spot over and over and over again! Don’t think about it, book and let them change your life, they changed mine.

Holland House

Hotel staff was amazing. Leave the hotel walk right out to the beach, where you get free chairs, umbrella, and towels. On site restaurant food was ok. Hotel is locales in the middle of the business district, Down less busy time everything closes early so not a lot of restaurant choices in the evening. Room was very clean, a lot of space for storage. Had balcony that looks over the beach. .

The Holland House is an excellent hotel. I want to give a shout out to some special people who help me Diana an excellent manager she help me with setting up dinner, sunset cruise, taxi to the hotel and decor in our room. Luisanne excellent in decorator, words can't express how happy I am with the room decor. Matilda the taxi driver who did the island tour with us and took us back to the hotel, very knowledgeable and spiritual and positive human being. I love Matilde so much such a delightful person and her spirit really touches you. Let's not forget the excellent personality and waiter in dietary Keisha, she is excellent always greet with a smile and came to serve and make sure you were good. The female bartender I don't know her name, but she been there a year is excellent and is definitely made for the Holland House Beach Hotel. I cannot forget Ms Queenie, the local who I got to meet, have her give massage and buy some items from her. She is a doll and very positive spirit is just a joy.Alot of names I cannot remember but the service and decor are definitely superb. You get STAR 5 in my book, if I am every in St. Maarten again, I am staying at the Holland House Beach Hotel. Thank you all, you are great and I am glad I got to share memories for my husband 60th Birthday in your resort.

Really enjoyed the Holland House; it’s got a great boutique vibe, is in the middle of a beautiful beach with a paved boardwalk and full of shops along front street. Location was very walkable, safe and beautiful. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The common area is beautiful. Combination of mahogany floors, black painted ceilings and white walls is absolutely soothing. I would give the staff more than 5-stars! The food is delicious. I loved everything about this property except there is no pool. But, the beach a literally a few steps away.
