It was really nice the only thing the room could have was some sound proof . I was trying to sleep and I was hearing clearly everything that was going on outside. I enjoyed my stay , the room is very cosy and comfortable and it was exactly as the picture says . Thank you very much. I will definitely book again.

It was wonderful. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and transportation. I was a repeat guest. The negative thing about my stay I couldn't get a lower level room. Too many steps to get to my room

I was disappointed with the small beds that are being sold as DELUXE. I asked staff for a bigger mattress and they never budged. I called expedia.com to intervene and nothing changed. After unsuccessful negotiations I was offered by the expedia associate to cancel with refund. I am waiting to be refunded

The staff was courteous, there was a roach on my bed and the outlets were hanging out from the wall. It was ok for just an overnight stay but would not recommend it. There was a loud noise all night.
