Clean place for your money!

Entire staff was very friendly and Andres was very helpful at front desk. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. It’s not a resort but a motel that’s been refurbished quite well. Pool was very clean as well. Great location with park across the street. The price was very reasonable for this property. We would stay there again in the future.

This property is mid. It is convenient to the airport and there are bars and restaurants nearby but it gives motel vibes. I def checked for bed bugs and hidden cameras. Also, the $100 deposit (for what) no mini bar, nothing that requires a deposit, was held for well over a week for a 1 night stay. I cant see why I would stay here again.

Stayed at this resort for 4 days and not once did we get our room cleaned even after making a request to get the room cleaned . Call and expressed or needs to the front desk no one followed up and ensured that our room was cleaned even after the fact. Very poor service.

Tweakers everywhere. Walls are thin, other guests moving furniture at 1 am, people in and out all night hosting guys from Grindr. I ended up leaving at 1:30 am and drove home because this place was so noisy and drug infested. Pitiful. As I was leaving there were 6 cop cars patrolling the hotel.

We had 3 rooms, clean but dated, just a one night stay very reasonable rate as compared to most Scottsdale hotels. One couple fighting after check in past midnight near one of the rooms, not your fault. Overall, great place to stay for a short stay.

There is no elevator service at the resort and it’s not upgraded for electronic products. They should have cameras around the resort cause our last night there was people arguing, yelling and slamming the door in the early hours.

Our room was disappointing. Small and dark. The wall paper was pealing off the walls And rips in the window fixtures. If you open the windows to let some light in people walking past can look right into the room. There were also people arguing outside of the room all night and noise echoed very loud. Location is great. Pool area is nice.

Housekeeping could use a course on courtesy and how to talk to people. Very rude and abrasive. Very very noisy. People next to us were partying til 6 am when we finally just checked out, not to mention watching someone staying there sell drugs to 6 different people in a matter of an hour was entertaining. I do believe they allow weekly or monthly stays and maybe thats why the drug traffic is constant.
