Very generous and thoughtful hosts!! Clear instructions and prompt replies using the app. Our flight was canceled and Rob let us stay at the VRBO for the day so we had somewhere to wait for our rescheduled flight. There were lots of activities at the house and it’s very close to old town and groceries. Would highly recommend staying at this house!

Great Location

The property was as advertised. The location was amazing, the house was clean, and the owner was extremely helpful. The only thing that was not perfect was that the pool was not heated (although we knew that when booking and they still have a hot tub). We would definitely stay here again.

Great Scottsdale house close to everything

This place had everything we needed for our guys trip. Great amenities, great location, 1.5 mi to Old Town, a couple of blocks from Chaparral Park, great walking trails around a lake and multiple ball fields. Highly recommend.

Perfect Golf group hangout

This house was perfect for our foursome, though it could easily accomodate 8. Pool table, darts, TVs, hot tub, laundry and well stocked spices. Everything was just really easy and we had excellent communication and there was never any difficulties finding it, getting in, or knowing what to do. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed staying here. A couple disappointments was that we could never get in the pool it was way to cold even on the couple days it was in the 80's and we where all adults. The cooking pans need to be replaced also the master bed is very loud just getting in and out if it. The manager was great in getting back to us.

Great location with nice outdoor space

Scottsdale house was in an excellent location, near a lovely park and convenient to shopping. Master bathroom had a few issues with the shower having bursts of very cold water or hot water while showering that could be dangerous. Also sink had minimal hot water from the faucet and took awhile to warm up to be useable. Everyone enjoyed the putting green and using the hot tub. Firepit was an extra bonus and we had fun with family enjoying an evening by the firepit. The house definitely needs to be upgraded. Master bathroom wall was had lots of chips in the paint, hot tub had a temporary cover, furniture was worn and screen door was ripped.

Great place to stay, close to old town restaurants and ballparks. Walk for miles on the green belt thru town. Rob was a great host and helped with any of our needs. Pool and hot tub were huge and the pool table was a nightly hit with the family. Would definitely stay again!

Great property manager/ owners!!

House was great we stayed 2 1/2 full months the property manager was awesome!! We didn’t have one issue and the house was a home away from home while we wanted for our new house to be built. The manger was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Nice and did the job but...

My family and I stayed Sunday to Sunday. The house was big and had enough room for everyone. For the most part was clean. But. It has a old smell to it. The 2 bigger beds creek so much that you can barely move without thinking you’ll break the bed. They can really use a bug service. Me and my family got eaten alive. Too many spider webs and spiders inside and around the house, my husband killed a couple of cockroaches inside the house. One in the room we were staying in. The master bathroom shower knobs were falling off and hard to turn the water on and off. The fridge buttons didn’t work for the ice. We weren’t told that there were extra supplies in the shed outside. Such as paper towels, toilet paper. So on our last day is when we discovered everything in there. After we already bought some. We also had to buy batteries for the remotes to work the TVs. The patio lights didn’t work, so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the evening on the patio. Time to update! We left pretty disappointed.

We had eight high school buddies getting together for beers, bbq’s and golf. The property was everything we were hoping for. Rob was great to work with and even came over in a moments notice to help with the TV and replace the propane tank for the BBQ. I highly recommend the property!

Beautiful well kept home close to EVERYTHING!

The home is very clean and much bigger than expected! Easily slept 10! The pool, hot tub, putting green and pool table were a big hit with our group. Walking distance to Chaparral Park and Old Town Scottsdale. Multiple golf courses and restaurants close by. If ever in Scottsdale again, would be our #1 choice to stay!

Perfect Location and Neighborhood

The house was absolutely perfect. The location is easy freeway access, 4 blocks from Walmart and within a couple miles from Camelback Park, hiking, upscale shopping, downtown Scottsdale and general shopping. There is a park with a lake and jogging/bike path one block from the house so that any family member can take time for themselves. The house was a perfect layout with plenty of amenities for each family member to stay busy. Two living rooms allowed two different TV parties (big plus) and the hot tub was a bonus since was pool was about 60 degrees and too cold to get in, but it was nice to look at. We came down for Ironman in November and was only 15 minutes from downtown Tempe and was a perfect location.
