ADDITIONAL RULES:
○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract.

○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 16 guests, and maximum occupancy is 23 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.

Perfect house for our family vacation

We just spent 10 days at this wonderful home. I was there with my two adult children, their significant others, my three granddaughters and some family friends. The house is large enough and laid out in a way where everyone had their own space yet we had Fantastic community space to spend time together. The bedrooms, all had king size beds, and enough bathrooms for each family group to have their own. There’s a fantastic game room and a pool table and bar in the greaenjoyed. The hoto it and the landscaping.

Family gathering

We really enjoyed all aspects of this home and the property management company who helped make our stay enjoyable and worry-free.With a home this size, it's not unusual for minor issues. And we had some, but I was very impressed with Andrea's (property manager) response time. I didn't find out that the hot tub wasn't working until 11pm on a Thursday night, but I texted Andrea about it and she had their handyman (Joseph - who was GREAT btw) at the house early the next morning to fix the minor issues we had. From then on, the rest of the weekend was issue free and wonderful. To me, the fact that there were minor issues is no big deal - stuff happens. But the fact that they handled it so quickly and professionally was fantastic.The house itself was great. All of the amenities are there as advertised, and the check in/check out process was easy. The house is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, etc., so it's really built and stocked for the number of people you'd expect to be in a house with 8 bedrooms.The game room being in the detached garage worked great for us - because the young crowd could gather there and be loud while the older crowd was in the main house and could go to sleep earlier without hearing the group playing games in the game room.This is a 5-star property and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a large house for a family gathering.

Fabulous Scottsdale Luxury Home

We stayed at this beautiful home and property for a staycation and to use the pool during an Arizona summer heatwave. The amenities were wonderful. The home is clean and well maintained. This is a large luxury home that provided space for our family of 7 kids and adults, with everyone having plenty of personal space. The backyard and pool were fabulous. Everyone had fun in the game room and using the pool table in the family room area. The host was very helpful and touched base with us before our stay. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Peaceful location with so much to do for young adults

Peaceful location within a short drive to anything in Scottsdale. Pool and backyard was the perfect place to cool down and relax in the summer heat. The pool table and game room kept the family entertained. Many places to relax for some peace and quiet or to gather as a family. We made many great memories there.

Wonderful North Scottsdale home!

We love this property and stay here every year for a long spring visit to AZ. The house has a lot of western character, plenty of room to spread out, beautiful pool, and loads of activities. I love its desert setting with sunset views. Terrific mgmt team - very responsive if any issues. Highly recommended!

Amazing home!!!

This was the most spectacular home we have stayed in. My family had and extraordinary time at your home. From the very first moment we walked in our 4 kids were excited to explore. Best North Scottsdale property

We love this house - its location is at the edge of the desert with mountain and sunset views. It’s near North Scottsdale for shopping and dining out, and it’s close enough to Cave Creek and Carefree for more options. The best golf is also nearby. We love the southwestern ambience of the home and furnishings. Great kitchen. Great pool.

Perfect Arizona get-away

We love this house. It has a great sense of place - a southwestern vibe in design and decor, located at the edge of the desert in north Scottsdale. The mgmt team could not be more responsive and helpful. We have stayed here for several years and each time we stay longer!

I chose this property for my 50th milestone birthday with my family and I have no regrets. The house was beautiful and perfect. It has so much character with great views. I love the open floor plan.
