Beautiful Happy Trails resort! This home is comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Close to everything you want to do. Baseball, golf, shop, swim, pickle ball, dining out and much more! Having the 303 freeway about 1 mile away gives you 20 minute access to many valley destinations. Great eagle golf course right out your back door and many other courses within a few minutes away. Harbor Airport is about 50 minutes away. Pickleball is very popular and of course you have four swimming pools and hot tubs choices. Very active 55+ community with people waiting to be your friends.
This home has all the amenities that you will likely want on the main floor. Main bedroom with full bath. Half bath that includes washer and dryer. Kitchen, living & dining rooms equipped for your enjoyment. Two flatscreen TVs. This home is clean, comfortable and quiet. The second floor has a craft area or desk, Plus there’s a bedroom with a full bath. Hight restrictions in upper bedroom/bath.

This is a 55+ community that requires at least one of the residents to be a minimum of 55 years old. The second resident must be at least 40 years old. Maximum of two persons per address. Must abide by the covenants and restrictions of Happy Trails.
