The room was nice but the shower water was not hot. There were four people on our reservation and they gave us 3 towels. Called for towels and a hour later they never came we left for dinner and came. Had to call again for towels and they still took over a hour again. The parking is horrible and people park where ever and block the roads.

The Arizona Grand is wonderful. We love staying here when we are in Phoenix. The staff is very friendly. We love the lazy river especially during the crazy heat of summer. There is several good restaurants to choose from.

The staff were all so wonderful. The room was really pretty and had nice artistic touches. The water park was really fun and a great way to beat the heat. There was an adult only pool too that felt very secluded and peaceful. Aunt Chiladas was tasty. We were always able to easily get a ride on a golf cart around the property which was very helpful in the heat.

Was here for a conference and even though the property is large, everything is very easy accessible and walking distance. Staff is friendly, water park is a plus, and hotel restaurants were good.
