Beautiful Tempe Home

3 private rooms in a 1300 square foot home with all the amenities. Full kitchen and open floor plan living space. Large dining area, piano, full kitchen with all the essentials. Spacious living room with 65" TV. Outdoor wood burning fire pit, garden seating area, pool table, outdoor dining area, bags (aka corn hole) tables everything you could want to enjoy an evening in.

The home is at the end of a cul de sac and was built in the 1950s. It shares a unique neighborhood full of parks, historical and modern homes. Perfect for a jog or an evening walk. There are plenty of restaurants that boast large selection of craft beer on tap for the beer enthusiast. All within a mile of the house. All that Mill Ave has to offer, Tempe Beach Park and Tempe Center for the Arts. Sport enthusiasts will find ASU sporting facilities, 3 spring training facilities withing 4 miles, Phoenix Rising Soccer facility and quick access to downtown via the light rail. Four Peaks Brewery has great locally produced food items and craft beer and dinning within the full operation brewery. Its a quick ride to Old Town Scottsdale for window shopping or its famous nightlife.

Beautiful backyard with plenty to keep you entertained. You can shoot a game of pool, relax by the built in fire pit or enjoy a game of bags (aka corn hole). Relax on the patio and enjoy a peaceful meal or favorite beverage. The backyard is vast and was meticulously designed and maintained.

I know the Phoenix area very well and would be more than happy to suggest activities or dining experiences. I will not be on the premises but available 24/7 for any questions or assistance.

Trip to AZ for Phoenix Cup

Had a great stay in Tempe. Charly is an incredible host! Very generous, thoughtful, and responsive. It truly felt more like staying at a friends house, as opposed to a rental. This is on my saved list for all future visits to the Phoenix area!
