The space
The condo is located on the 2nd floor of building with stair access. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for home cooked meals. Dining room is set up for seating of 4 and opens up to the living space that has 2 lounge chairs and couch with Smart TV.

Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, desk, walk in closet, with an attached bathroom.

Guest bedroom has King sized bed with plenty of closet space. Guest bathroom with tub & shower combo.

Private patio with seating area.

Complex has gym, game room, washers and dryers, BBQ's, Pool & Spa.

There is one reserved covered parking space and there are visitor parking spaces throughout the complex.

This is a prime location right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.. Plenty to do all within close proximity.
