The grounds and location are excellent. Nice pool, fitness center (with the exception of no anti-backhoes for the equipment and no soap or paper towels in the fitness center bathrooms . Here are the negatives about staying in the condo itself. No hot water coming from the kitchen faucets which is a health concern. We had to boil water to wash dishes and could not use the dishwasher since there is no hot water to sanitize the dishes. The property owner did not offer to send a plumber out and was disinterested in our health concerns. The light fixtures over the dining table had 2 of the 4 bulbs burnt out; the same problem with the light fixture in the living room two out of 4 burnt out. Again no offer of help or concern with the exception of “I’ll look into it”. Never called us back with a plan.The mattresses are comfortable. The furniture is college frat house . So if you are looking for a good location and plan to spend almost all your time outside in the community area with pool, tennis , and fitness center, going to spring training stadiums, old town restaurants etc then, yes, stay here for the low cost . It is quintessential “ you get what you pay for and your host doesn’t care a lick”
