The staff didn't welcome us and the man that received us didn't speak clearly. He just sat back and mumbled a bunch of stuff when there was a lot of background noise. We found the room had a cleanliness issue (booger on the backboard). Not a bad place, but a bit rough on the edges for the price.

We loved the service at hotel reception. They helped instruct on all our options for our rental return and were prompt on getting us back to airport the next day. They seem to take special interest in their guests. I was saddened to hear someone speak to the bar tender because there was limited food service after 9:30 PM. However she was polite and graceful under pressure. Hotel was ideally located. It’s the last stop on Sky Train from airport.

Ok for a quick overnight when at the airport. Found a nasty cockroach on a 3rd floor room, crawling out of the ceiling fan. Reason for the low scores.

Room had a musty odor. It was old and dark. The tub had what looked like dirt in it but it had been cleaned. Furniture was scuffed and just seemed to be ready for a replacement.
