Check in process was great. Worked well with the host company. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The back porch could use a little help. The pool water was very cold. The kitchen utensils could use an upgrade as well. Otherwise, everything was very nice and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Perfectly nice place. Same issues you should expect at any rental property. No place to hang towels in the bathroom (renters pull them out of the wall too much so they just don't have them) no over head lighting in bedrooms, little things like that. But all in all a clean and nice home. Happy with the stay.

Our family had a good stay at the property. Location, neighborhood is safe and accessible, that was great. The house has plenty of space, bedrooms are comfortable. We were aware that the pool was not heated and while kids made the best of it, something to be aware of, as in the cooler months is quite chilly. The back yard needs refinement and general tidying up. Overall, lots of positives, but at a certain price point, the details matter and if these can be addressed (interior and exterior), it’ll be a great spot.

Love the location of this property. Pool was very relaxing. We enjoyed coffee in the patio and a glass of wine under the Scottsdale skies. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved it.
