This grounds of this hotel are absolutely beautiful. We had some time in between appointments and felt no need to even leave the hotel. It was so pretty and quite peaceful.

Stayed 2 nights after visiting Sedona & Grand Canyon. Building w/ very nice design. Nice Swimming pools & Restaurant. Awesome & very friendly Staffs (Brian? & Kalyn). Excellent location to enjoy Scottsdale - Shopping & old town. Nice shopping malls/Area around. My wife was happy & satisfied with the stay. Recommend this Hotel to anyone. Very clean property inside and out. The room size was large and well maintained. Comfortable bedding and soft towels. There was enough staff so service was available when needed and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful, and the grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the 2 pools, gym & proximity to the canal. We appreciated the shuttle since we were traveling without a car. The property could use some minor upgrades & we had a few minor issues with our room but we had exceptional follow-up to resolve it.

This property is in major need of renovations. Drawers were falling apart, bathroom sink leaking, plumbing was super loud. The property itself had random garbage. I would have been fine with all of this, had they not charged a resort fee. This is DEFINITELY NOT A RESORT.

This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. Very impressed with the property and all it had to offer. The fitness facility was nice and big. Definitely one of biggest fitness facilities I’ve ever seen at a resort.

Terrible parking

It’s a good location. Parking was a nightmare. Didn’t know they catered events to large groups. Once the dance team came there were no parking spots and extremely difficult to get on or out of the parking lot. More pools would be nice, not enough chairs. Rooms were a little outdated and no microwave in room. Nice place though all in all.

Maybe just stay somewhere else. This place is in desperate need of updating and repairs. There were dirty q-tips and beer bottle caps outside our door for 2 days, so cleanliness was seriously lacking. Housekeeping never came to our room, so we had to call the front desk to request fresh towels and coffee. Not the best experience. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
