The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've see out of any hotel with hot food and a custom omelette (and more!) bar. The evening reception with drinks and snacks was a great add-on. Staff were very friendly and helpful all across the hotel. The only ding I'd give it is the rooms were a bit worn and need of a refreshing, and the water pressure was low in the shower. The superb staff and service more than made up for these shortcoming.

Great hotel with amazing views!

Loved staying at the Embassy Suites here in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area! We ended up checking in very late but was able to check in quickly. The breakfast was well organized and such a plus. The facilities and room are very clean. I will definitely stay here again! The view from out balcony was stunning!

Birthday Getaway

We stayed here for 1 night as a birthday getaway for my fiancé. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The room was nice and spacious with a nice view the room was clean except for the spider webs on the Delilah’s near the patio door. The suite was very homey and happy hour with a complimentary drink was a bonus. Check out was also very quick and easy. Definitely will stay again!

Views from the rooms are beautiful. However, the hotel is extremely out-dated. In our first room, the carpets were torn, shades were torn, and dirty plates glasses were placed right outside the room when we arrived. Hotel is nowhere close to the nightly rate they charge. My wife and I swear by Embassy Suites, but this hotel misses the mark on many levels. So disappointed!

We loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and such a surprise that they had made to order omelets! The golf course was so convenient next door and provided a discount since we stayed at hotel. Also loved the bar options for a nightcap. Will definitely return there next time we take a trip out there!!
