Room was fine, staff was friendly, but the hallways were dirty and the Continental breakfast was pretty sad looking. Whatever continent has breakfast like that needs our help pretty bad.

The amenities were run down and not dealt with timely. For example microwave in room and common area were not working. Said there was supposed to be coffee all the time but not true. Only thing was place was clean enough to stay at.

We had to have our door keys reset twice during our stay. Even the elevator went out one day. But the staff made everything alright, everyone was pleasant and apologetic when things weren’t going as planned.

The management Alex is really not nice. We had to leave early because of a death in the family and he refused to issue a refund for the 2 nights we would not be able to stay. He couldn’t get off his phone to have a conversation with us. Blamed Expedia for not being able to refund us. When I called Expedia they had to check with Alex about the refund and he again refused to issue a refund.

Did not check in. Reception staff were helpful and honest, but did not have a room ready 3 hours after check in time, due to not enough staff on the cleaning crew. Reception and the lobby were visibly dirty. Opted to cancel reservations and find another room someplace else.

Very Poor Management. Over booked and understaffed. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk. It was obvious that the guy at the front desk had more going on than one person could handle. Our reserved room was not ready on time. The guy at the front desk was told by somebody on the phone to give us another room, not knowing that it was already occupied. We actually walked in on somebody that already had the room. We were then asked to wait or return after a half hour or so while our reserved room was cleaned by the same guy that was running the front desk. On the second day our keys stopped working so we had to return to the front desk to get them reactivated where we listened to another customer be told that his reserved room was not ready.

The property itself was fine for what we needed. The person above us sounded like an elephant stomping around at 3am so we did not sleep well. The room had plenty of space though.
