Behold a family fun paradise. This 1/3 acre property is perfectly appointed from the fine finishes to the absolute fun for all backyard.

Do you like to swim? Perfect! We have a 10,000 gallon, heated, play pool with a basketball hoop. Dunk on that! (pool heating optional @ $50 per night)

Do you like to watch the kids play while you take a sip of your favorite Strawberry Margarita? Perfect; we have a complete playground on site including 3 swings, rock climbing and it is just FUN!

Do you like to play basketball? Perfect; we have a full half court regulation-sized basketball court right in the backyard. Play a little one- on-one or grab Grandma and have her become the point guard to your 5 on 5 team. This basketball set up comes with an adjustable hoop if you need to lower it for the young ones. This isn't a cheesy portable backboard; this is the real deal sports court for all night fun with lighting for late night free throws.

Do you like to lounge around and watch TV? Great! All of the bedrooms are fixed with flat screen TVs with DirectTV. Also some of the TVs are smart TVs so if you want to watch some Netflix have at it!

Wifi is strong and very reliable! 120 Gigabits per second fast. Fast like a Nascar.

Plenty of onsite parking! Up to 5 vehicles (plus more on the street).

Did I mention the beautiful Arizona sunsets?

This host was amazing. The house was amazing. The pool was amazing. Everything was amazing!!!!!!! We had 8 kids and 4 adults traveling and eveyone had a space to sleep and the house was open enough that noone felt cramped. We will be using this location again for sure!!!!!!!

We had a great time! Serge was very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. When delivering extra pillows he was very friendly. Our family had a great time playing basketball and swimming in the pool. We also appreciated the outdoor misters. Plenty of room for everyone. Overall a great experience.

Excellent property with a great owner

The house was amazing and in a great neighborhood. Conveniently located to everything. The house was set up so everyone had a quiet room with a TV and they were spacious. The bathrooms were nice and spacious too! The backyard had a lot of outdoor seating with lights for night activity. The lool was great and my grandkids couldn't get enough of it and the playground (with sand to boot). The basketball court was perfect and we used it a lot with the older kids (inclufing the light for evening time). Any questions we had were answered quickly and completely. If you're looking for a house in the Phoenix area this one is the one for you! Can't say enough positive about the house. Thanks again Serge for a great stay. Looking forward to the next time we are done in Phoenix visiting family.!

Lots of fun in the sun!

Three moms took six kids out of the PNW to find some sun and this property was perfect. The backyard is amazing. With a great pool that has shaded parts depending on the time of day, a nice turf area and a basketball court kept everyone really entertained. Located near stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and made our stay wonderful. We would definitely come back!

Don't Believe the Pictures

I am writing this to warn others. I can see from past reviews the HOST will call people picky and disclaim their review. The negative reviews are spot on. We did not see them until it was to late The outside of the house pictures show a patio and BBQ table area. The BBQ is full of mold and unusable. The patio is 1/4 the size the pictures shows. It doesn't show the trailer parked or the many bikes and random garbage. The pool and backyard had random kids toys swim belts laying around. The Host asked us to pore 1 gallon of bleach in the pool every three days. I take it no pool service or testing is done in the pool. The blankets in the bedrooms are full of holes. Light switch in kids bedroom is broken, it does work as the HOST will protest. Also plug cover off of electrical. The bathroom towels are in bad condition holes and ruff. My husband wouldn't use them to dry off his car. No wash rags available. Pool towels also in pour condition and not enough. House listing for 18 people. You better bring your own silverware because there are 6 forks. Pans and other kitchen utensils in unusable condition. This house would be nice if it was cleaned and had household supplies in usable condition. VRBO has been great in canceling this house for us. VRBO is a class act.

Great place for a large group!

We had a group of 13 people total (6 adults and 7 kids ranging in ages from 5 months to 7 years old) and there was something there for everyone! The fenced off pool made it feel very safe and secure, and we did pay extra to have the pool heated, which was well worth it. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and the play structure and sand! The house had plenty of space for everyone to socialize, eat and sleep. The only issue we encountered with this rental was the pool stopped heating one day after a wind storm but Serge, the owner came right away and fixed it so it was up and running for us the next morning. Accommodating and helpful host! Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Family get away

The property worked well for us. The bedroom sizes were good. My daughter has two children age 4 and one. The bed room with the trundle in walk through worked well for baby and 4 year old. We enjoyed the pool area along with swing set and basketball court. We were close to Wildlife park and aquarium as well as Legoland. There was also a very nice park within a short drive in Peoria.

Great Play Home-Away-From-Home!

My ‘branch’ of our family tree (13 of us w/6 kidlets between 6 & 9) were here for a family wedding and events … exploring, hiking, adventuring, eating (thank goodness I brought stretchy pants!!) … this was perfect for all of our 3 generations to stay and play!

Family Weekend getaway.

Fantastic Property

What an amazing property to use for a family gathering. Plenty of space outside for activities. Very family friendly. Pool is properly fenced in which is a huge plus since so many don't have great pool security. Well equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook for larger groups. If you are looking for a house to host a family reunion, look no further! We will be staying here again.

Everything is old!

The outside part of the property was amazing, but the inside was one of the worst we’ve ever had. It was disgusting! The bedding was gross, the towels were as old as they get, the kitchen was filled with random unusable utensils. Clocks weren’t set, we had to plug in our own lamps, blinds didn’t work, etc. such a shame they couldn’t take care of it more since the outside was so fun. Much more of a party house, than a family destination.

The host was excellent with timely response to any enquiry we had. The backyard was great and kept both kids and adults entertained. House could use some updating however (fresh paint, new cushions for outdoor furniture). We really enjoyed our stay!

Yard is great, home is fatigued

Pros: Location. Close to anything & everything. Backyard. Amazing. We paid to heat the pool (in December) and was well worth it. Serge was a great communicator and came right over to fix a door knob that fell off. Master Bath is great. Cons: So many dusty, dirty items. So much dust/dirt on baseboards could be seen with naked eye. So many (over 10) fake plants crawling with dust. As stated above, a doorknob randomly fell off, one light switch was barely on in main bath. Also, every single cupboard was sticky when grabbing to open. It really is just fatigued. It needs a DEEP clean & fresh paint at best.

Wedding weekend!

We needed a place where my family could stay for the weekend before my wedding and Casa De funtastic was exactly what we needed. A large space with plenty of rooms! My family and bridesmaids loved it and it was clean and ready at our full disposal for the weekend.
