The breakfast is very good! We went to Sedona and the freeway is right next to the hotel. Very convenient! There are many restaurants, fast food near the hotel as well.

Breakfast was delicious

Perfect location for spring training. Affordable and close to camelback ranch and Top golf. Breakfast included and it was amazing. The pool was clean and heated. The hot tub was not working at the time so couldn’t use it, but besides that everything was perfect.

This hotel is clean and in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good, and the attendant kept the buffet full and fresh. Our only complaint was that the AC could not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature at night. During the day it was cool, but not at night. It was hard to sleep, because it was too warm in the room.

Staff were all so lovely. Especially Mikayla and the young woman from Vegas( sorry I don't remember your name). Very accommodating, sincere and funny. Lobby always smelled amazing. Fresh and clean all the time. Uber pick up and drop off was easy. 15min walk to shops and restaurants. Would come back again forsure. Felt safe as it was just myself and my teen there. Only thing I would have wished is they could make change for the laundry or charge the room as I couldn't change my Canadian money for American quarters. I was lucky there were some great hockey families there who traded American money for my Canadian dollar. Phoenix is a warm and friendly area. We loved this stat so much. Thank-you holiday inn for making our trip so great.

It was close to our daughter's home, easy to find. Only negative was the freeway is nearby and it sounds like the Indy 500 at night. I felt like something with window was missing. Something block the 10 sounds would be great. The room was great.
