Cleaning staff was banging around starting at 8am. They knocked quick and walked into room at 10am, then did the same at 11am. Also, cleaning crew had rap music blaring from about 9am on. (I had late check out at 12). Rooms are clean and good location.

When we arrived at 1:30 am they didn’t have any 2 bed rooms left. We had to have one bed and a pull out sofa. The sofa was dirty and very uncomfortable. The mattress is paper thin and you can feel the springs and bed frame. The bed had hairs in it and the shower was clogged. They only had one elevator working in a fully booked hotel. The restroom smelt like urine as well. We had no choice but to stay. Everything was booked up in the area for tournaments and the holiday weekend. For how expensive the rates where I am very disappointed. I was hoping Holiday Inn would be a nice stay. Breakfast was good.

Great place to stay. Nice room, plenty of space! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Only downside was slow elevator; other elevator out of service.

The Breakfast was good, the rooms were nice and clean (the restroom was a little small) but the beds were super comfy!!! I read reviews about it being noisy but it wasn’t!!! Its also in a great location, walking distance of the mall, dispensary across the street restaurants all around

The room was lovely and spacious. However— I was awakened multiple times by loud noises that seemed to be coming from the walls. In the morning, I discovered that one of the noises came from the refrigerator door when it came on.
