The room was not made up. All the drawers and cabinets open. The couch was not prepared as a couch it was put up no blankets or pillows. The worst: no pool and hot tub. We extra booked this hotel because of the hot tub but it was currently out of work because of repair. No one informed us. No information on the home page. The desk clerk wanted to talk with the manager regarding a refund. Never heard again from him. Bad. Very bad

Staff failed to address consistent noise complaint. Found a bed bug on the last day of stay. Rather unpleasant way to end my stay. I enjoyed this hotel before but I would not stay here again after this experience.

Non-smoking room that clearly smelled like cigarette smoke. Lights that would turn off automatically due to 'lack of motion' after a very short time. Construction noise (jackhammer) right outside the window starting at 7:00 AM on the dot on a Saturday morning.
