My daughter is a patient at The Mayo Clinic. Very convenient for me to drive there and back . Location is excellent. Close to dining, Starbucks, Whole Foods etc. Hotel was quiet snd perfect for what I need. I will stay again. Only negative was having to pay for parking.

Smell

It was good up until the last morning. It was so marijuana smelly in the room and hallways. Called to ask for security to check it out . We checkee out as early as possible to get away from the smell. Not easy for myself with asthma and migraines.
