This place was disgusting. Photos are extremely deceptive. Cigarette holes in sheets, rooms smell of smoke, cats running around outside everywhere, and no remote for the tv. I reserved a suite, they put me in a regular room (disgusting room) then I asked about suite, they gave the room to someone else so they put me in a different room, again disgusting. So I packed up and left. Haven’t received my refund yet.

The hotel was in horrible conditions. My room door did not even close properly. The neighborhood is super sketchy overall it felt very unsafe

WiFi doesnt work, coffee pot was broken, missing lightbulb on desk lamp, staff doesn’t answer phone. I was traveling for a church convention as I am a pastor and unfortunate I cannot recommend this hotel.

The 1st room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and had a broken door. We asked for another room and were gifted a “cleaner” room but it was still quite dingy. The wall, carpets and beds were all stained.

So bad smell inside and carpets are so dirty and the bath tape are broken, there was no freeze or microwave . So bad , the amount What I paid should be returned back, I don’t know how I spent whole one sleeping night in uncleaned environment
