First room we had, toilet was dirty. Lights were out. Second room had broken light fixtures. The ac was not working. We offered to replace the light bulbs. Stressful refused. Would not fix ac. Informed us we could get refund but no help. The place advertised restaurant which was closed. Not even coffee was available

DO NOT STAY HERE! The property is invested with people doing drugs in the open. Trash piled up everywhere. Extremely dirty and run down room. It is obviously used by homeless and druggies. We declined to stay here, got refund and will never return.

First they lead you to believe there are microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms but there wasn't. Most importantly is someone broke a glass outside my door and it took 3 days for them to get it up after I said something and even then there was still broken pieces of glass around. Also, what's up with the running ice machine that doesn't work??? Why is it plugged in and running if it's not making ice? Will not be back!!!

The add posted on Expedia's website, even the name was incorrect when I made the reservation - La Quinta by Wyndham. When we walked into the lobby, Indian sitar type music was playing very loudly. The young man behind the deak was nice and attentive. He advised me the hotel had just been re=sold hence the name change. I asked if breakfast was still included - it was not ( one reason why we made the original reservation.). My husband felt the place was run down and checked out the room. He said it smelled like insecticide when we entered. We cancelled our reservation and went to a Holiday Inn Express. Please be sure you update your website to avoid anyone else reserving and having an awful experience.

DO NOT STAY AT THE TRAVELODGE. The staff were unfriendly and rude when checking in. Once we arrived at the room there were stains all over the carpets. Drawings on the mirrors from previous guest. Graffiti on the microwave and walls.

The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced. Our "window" was just a sheet of plastic. That's not secure. Anyone who wants to can force their way in. They say they offer breakfast on Hotel.com but when they don't! When I confronted them they said they were trying to get that changed. Yeah right. Don't stay here. We booked for two nights and we got a different hotel for the second night.

Worst place to stay!

Place was so dirty and room looked like a murder scene! Blood stains everywhere and dirt we were afraid to take our shoes off! And definitely was not getting in the shower oh and not to mention the ceiling was peeling and falling off definitely not worth the price!

Thank god the air conditioning worked well. The shower had good water pressure. The broken crack pipes outside the lobby on the steps and the millions of cigarette butts outside the room was a big turn off. The room was filthy.
