Luxury brand new modern home adjacent to the Tonto National Forest. Private heated pool and spa to enjoy some of the most amazing desert sunsets year round. The home is very secluded, making your vacation a true private get away. Guests also have access to our putting green, bocce ball, and direct access from the property to miles of trails into the largest national forest in Arizona-- more than 2.9 million acres. It is the seventh largest national forest among 154 USDA National Forests. Tonto National Forest features some of the most rugged and inherently beautiful land in the country. Sonoran Desert cacti and flatlands slowly give way to the highlands of the Mogollon Rim.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Wonderful home and even better host!

This property met every need for our family trip. The home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, extremely comfortable, and was the private retreat we needed. Brittney was an incredible host and so kind to everyone in the group. Thank you Brittney for being so accommodating and offering us many amenities without us asking. We may be back again soon! :)

Home Away from Home: An Unforgettable Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful retreat for a month, and it truly felt like home. From the moment we arrived, we never wanted to leave. Brittney, our host, was absolutely wonderful—always attentive to our needs and making sure our stay was perfect.The location is magical, with breathtaking sunsets that we enjoyed on our evening walks, and the hot tub sunrises were the perfect way to start each day. The beauty of Arizona surrounds you, creating an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. We can't recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

An Amazing Property!

We fully enjoyed our stay at the Emma Moss house. The property manager was responsive to our questions. The house is stocked with appliances, kitchenware, and dishware to meet every need. The landscaping around the house is stunning. Views are amazing and ambiance could not be more relaxing! Also, it's a short walking distance to an entrance to Tonto National Forest and its trails. We would love to visit again. Though it feels cozily remote, Fountain Hills and Scottsdale (and grocery stores, etc.) are not far.

Such a gorgeous home, You won't be disappointed!

This property was absolutely amazing!! We stayed three nights and had my 40th birthday party here. The front courtyard area worked out beautifully for us to host the party for around 40 people. For the rest of our visit it was just our family of five, and it was perfect. The heated pool and view behind it did not disappoint, especially for our kids. Every inch of this home has been meticulously designed and decorated, they have literally thought of everything. All 5 bedroom's have a full bath and every single window has breathtaking picturesque views that you seriously have to see to believe. It honestly turned out to be even better than we were expecting, and we were expecting a lot. One thing to note if you are hosting an event here, there are only 4 parking spots (7 if you use the garage and carport, but because we used the courtyard, we couldn't use those) so you will need to arrange a shuttle for guests. Also there is a noise ordinance for the community, so no music past 9pm. But with all of that being said, we made it work and it was wonderful. The property manager, Britney was very helpful throughout our stay and we even met the owner while there, who was also great. The only issue we have now is wanting to go back ASAP!
