The hotel was in a good neighborhood but it had homeless sleeping at the pool at night, very seedy with odd people that around the property during night hours. Rooms had terrible smell, furniture was damaged and old, beds were horrible. Felt like it was unsafe environment for children.

Never ever again warning disgusting

The room was disgusting and it smelled very bad it smelled like chewing tobacco and cheap Cologne the air was smoking and heavy. We didnā€™t even want to bring in our luggage out of fear that our clothes would smell like the room. we did not even sleep in the bed. We were totally grossed out by the place there were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen and living room it was located next to the linen closet, which you would think would smell great like fresh laundry, but it smelled like a musky stink bomb like rotten eggs, and mildew. I did bring it up to the person I was communicating with at the front. I expressed that we needed to switch rooms and that we couldnā€™t barely breathe in there after I didnā€™t hear anything back immediately. I decided that I would try to open up the windows, I was able to get two of the windows open one of them upon me, lifting it didnā€™t have the safety latches on the side, and it came crashing down, almost took off my hand at that point I had just had it. It was dangerous. It was disgusting it smelled, and it was not at all anything I would ever pay for again.

We never received our code for check in-fortunately we had the Metro number and was able tow receive the code. The toilet ran all night in the room. Musky smell in the apartment.

Took food back to room after a long day all I wanted was to relax eat and go to bed but when I was eating roches started appearing needles to say I couldnā€™t finish my food. After that I went on inspecting the room/bed before laying down I can see sweat/pee stains in the mattress I was doubting to even stay there but as you know might be why there is no refunds.

I dont know hownmany times my husband and I called asking for them to do something about the people staying on the floor above us being so loud in the middle of the night and they did absolutely nothing. The place straight up smell like pee all over, they didn't replenish the coffee everyday or got you the chance to buy more anywhere when the type of coffee maker they have is a special kind. We will never stay in any of these anywhere.

The location is nice. The Metro apartment it self is the problem. Very sketchy people staying on the property. The room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. Old furniture, mattress had numerous stains on it. They definitely hadn't changed the mattress in years. Requested another room or mattress. It took two different attempts to get a mattress that was decent enough to sleep on. Walls were dirty inside the room, counters needed cleaning and there was rust in areas of the apartment/hotel.

The room was ok. Dated but ok. However the unit is in an apartment complex. The walls are thin and there was alot of neighbor's yelling and the dogs next door were always barking. There was a strange smell in the hall way and the room via the H-vac system. Not pleasant.
