These are interior corridor units and there is a possibility of noise, food and other odors and everything that comes with apartment living:) We have a touchless automated check in process and you will receive all details upon booking. 24/7 guest support. This listing is for a partially renovated unit featuring tile flooring, granite countertops and generally dated furniture with full or queen size pull out couch, sleeps 4. Our prices in the submarket are unmatched. Check out our long term pricing discounts.
The Space:
All of our 1bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Comfortable & close enough to do stuff
While this may look like an older hotel, you still have your own access. Our room was a bit outdated, but it was very comfortable and had what we needed. There are elevators in the building. The price was right and very affordable. They do have a front desk during regular hours of business, so if anything was needed that would be the only time to communicate. Not far from 51 or the 101, plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and other stores needed. There is a Safeway (Jewel/Albertosons) about 2 blocks away for groceries. I would stay again if wanting to be near Scottsdale but don't want to break the bank.
