Resort style backyard complete with mountain views, eating and lounge area. Central location with easy access to freeway, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Downtown Phoenix/ Sky Harbor Airport is 10 minutes away and 5-25 minutes to Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert and Spring Training facilities.

Our stylish desert home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for a variety of travel groups. Whether you're planning a group gathering, multi-family vacation, or a single-family getaway, you'll find our home to be the perfect retreat. With Arizona's warm climate and scenic mountain views, you can enjoy outdoor living year-round, whether you're a golfer, sports enthusiast, avid hiker, or vacationer.

Located conveniently off the I-10, Old Town Scottsdale is also only a 25-min drive away so you can experience the best of the city without sacrificing the serenity of our desert location.

The Backyard Oasis

Our backyard oasis offers a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. Dine with friends and family under the large covered patio or take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen for all your meals. The sparkling pool and poolside loungers provide the perfect spot to soak up the sun and take in the stunning mountain views. If you're feeling competitive, play a game of Cornhole on the grassy lawn or enjoy conversations while relaxing in the lounge chairs. The pool is NOT heated FYI.

The Rooms

Our home has three beautiful bedrooms to comfortable sleep 6 people. The master suite has a king bed with a TV and its own bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms with queen beds. One of the guest bedrooms also has a TV in it.

Additional Notes:

Pool is not heated. Generally swimming occurs from Late April to September depending on your comfort level. Pool does not have a fence. If you have non-swimmers, please take additional precautions to supervise swimmers.

Please be aware, the living room has a “sunken floor” where there is a small step up or down to walk across the main floor. This does not impact most guests, but something to be aware of for folks traveling with elderly guests.

Our stay was perfect. The home and patio were spotless. So convenient to park in the attached covered garage. Great views of South Mountain, in a nice residential area, close to trails, and less than a mile to shopping, groceries, movies, entertainment, huge array of restaurants, and to the interstate, to see what Phoenix and the Valley has to offer. Amazing host! Eric is the most responsive, helpful and flexible host we have ever met. We hope he will have this home available for our next visit.

There is mold in the primary shower. The handle on the hall bath is rusted out. Stains on comforter, throw blankets, sofa, chairs and rugs. Its not in the condition that the pictures show. The lazy susan fell out of the cabinet when i tried to turn it. Insidecand out needs some attention to look like the pictures.

We immensely enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and neat with a very pleasant feel and had everything we needed and more! The pool was stunning and very well kept. Eric is a great host, so pleasant and nice and easy to communicate with. The house is even nicer in real than in the pictures! Grab it!!!!

Loved it

Aside from a few issues, such as flooded dish washer, backed up sink, a stuck bathroom door, and the garbage full in the garage causing the house to have a gross smell when garage door was open, it was very clean and very beautiful home. There was not much to clean up the house, like a broom, or mop or cleaning products. But, besides multiple small things, the rooms were amazing and it was very homey. We enjoyed our stay very much!
