Looking for a fun and unique place to stay during the week of Super Bowl LVII and the 2023 Waste Management Phoenix Open? Then look no further!

This property is a tri-level townhome that is centrally located off Scottsdale Rd. and the 202 Freeway, with access to the 101 Freeway in under 5 minutes. Super Bowl fan festivities will all be a short drive away, whether the event is in Old Town Scottsdale or Downtown Phoenix.

FIRST FLOOR and GARAGE
Guests can enter through the keypad outside the garage, and the garage can fit two vehicles as long as they are not trucks or SUVs that are longer than average.
The first floor has a fitness area, with adjustable dumbbells that can range from 10-90 lbs each, and two work desks with monitors.

MAIN FLOOR
The second floor of this property is the "main" floor, with a 70-inch TV, spacious balcony and extra-long couch that can comfortably sleep anyone up to 7-feet tall.
The kitchen is fully stocked - full-sized refrigerator and freezer, gas stove top, air fryer and panini press, and a table that can seat six people comfortably.

THIRD FLOOR
This property has two master bedrooms located on the third floor, each with a full bathroom attached. One bedroom has a king-size mattress, while the other bedroom has a queen-size mattress.
