We were there with elderly in-laws and decided to have pizza outside by the pool (it was quiet and they could hear.) One of your staff came over and offered us bottles of water and asked if we wanted ice. It was so sweet! We were so appreciative. All of our interactions with staff have been exceptional. Thank you!

The staff were terrific, they went above and beyond to make suggestions for us - and made a point to follow up each day to see if we were enjoying our stay. The pool was great and had friendly service. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the room was large and had plenty of space. Added bonus of a lockable drawer for valuables. The area is conveniently located to many restaurants and bars, and other helpful locations like drug stores and grocery stores. It’s in the university area so there are a lot of younger people, but once we were in the hotel, no street noise bothered us. Would definitely stay here again for a future Arizona visit!
