Make everlasting memories with the whole family at this great place with lots of room for fun. Come stay at this completely renovated 4 bed 2 bath home! Spend the day lounging by the pool or seeking new adventure in town. This home is only 10 minutes from Gilbert downtown, which holds its own fun with one of a kind shopping and delicious restaurants! This all season vacation home is sure to please every guest!

* POOL/SPA HEATING FEE: There will be an additional charge of $100 per day to cover the costs to heat the pool or spa. $150 per day for both. This will allow all guests to swim at a comfortable 80 degrees and hot tub at 100!

Payment is due before heating will be turned on and no refund do to weather

WARNING: THERE IS NO POOL FENCE! TODDLERS AND CHILDREN ALSO PETS WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM NEED TO BE PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very accommodating. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great trip!

This was a great location within easy driving distance so many restaurants, stores, and activities. It was a safe neighborhood, we felt comfortable walking around all times of the day and evening. The kids enjoyed the pool and the house was very spacious for everyone. Communication with host was top notch throughout the whole stay. We will definitely return.

The house is beautiful but very sparse. The kitchen needs more items and the ice maker doesn’t work. The pool area is nice but the pool cover is way too big and unwieldy. The location is great but you have to drive through a pretty sketchy few blocks to get to it! Overall we felt the price was too high for the value

Family Get Together

This was a great place for my husband and adult children to stay while visiting my parents who snow bird in the area for the winter. The house offered plenty of space both inside and outside for all of us to be together. The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings made for a very livable and comfortable setting. It was very nicely decorated and clean. It was centrally located to all of the activities we did. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Absolutely beautiful

This property and owner are absolutely the best! We came in to see family and for my nephews wedding. It was centrally located to all things- we ventured to the Grand Canyon, Japanese gardens and desert botanical garden. It was a relaxing place to just kick back with family, the pool was beautiful and cool. Definitely would recommend this as a must place to stay!!
