This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in any hotel.there need state inspection before they can operate in business.The rooms were dirty the shower in horrible conditions the AC is not working the tv is working only if you switch the lights on from the wall the tv remote is not working constant loitering around the neighborhood and we have to pay before using the WiFi.Above all some of the staffs were so rude. I paid $426 for four night it’s not worthy.Anyone coming into AR please don’t book this hotel check their reviews before booking. I even need a refund because I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. The only thing it has is a location that’s all the rest is horrible.Expedia please inspect this hotel before posting it on your website. Property management if you can read this please improve on the hotel rooms and try to repaint the building at least do a little better and please if you are coming to AR for whatever reason don’t book this hotel I don’t care if it’s $20 per night don’t book it it’s horrible.

Time warp

What kind of place charges you for wifi? The carpet needs to be ripped up and changed. The toilet runs all night. The bed frame needs to be adjusted, part of it sticks out and I hit my ankle. The carpet has bleach stains as well. For there to be a non smoking facility why does it have ashtrays? It was as if I spent the night in a room from 1989.

On apond arriving there was loud music going on with people just sitting in front of there rooms drinking. The bedding was definitely not clean . Had to ask them to change yhem but they still look like someone had slept in the bed .
