This home looks beautiful from the outside and in. The views are spectacular from the home. Plenty of space to spread out, as every room had a king-size bed with its own bathroom.The decor inside and out was nice, and the furniture was in good shape. The TV in master bedroom didn't work.We did express to the management company (who were responsive) the issues about the home upon arrival. We had been made aware that a window pane on the outside of the office had been broken by another guest. We noticed tears in screens, broken shelves in one of the two refrigerators, and one of the two refrigerators didn't appear to be cold. One of the two dishwashers appears to be broken, too. The master shower looked clean, but there were bobby pins left on the shower floor.The kitchen is lacking appliances you may find in other types of homes, along with not enough plates to not have to rewash if you are a large group. We had to request more towels, which were supplied to us the next day.The biggest issue was the condition of the pool. We were so glad that we didn't pay the extra 100 a night to have it and the hot tub heated. We noticed it was dirty on the bottom and not very clear. The pool & spa could use some TLC. Mgmt company said the pool company would come out, but they showed up the afternoon before we left. Would stay there again, but hope they get these issues taken care of. For a luxury home, it was disappointing to have issues.
