I have stayed at this property several times in the past. The overall quality has fallen off. The door keys didn't work after we had already moved in. We spent several hours standing outside, while the repair man tried in vain to fix the door. Finally, they let us in, and we moved out to another room, as they had to order a completely new door mechanism. I do understand things happen, but during the process, we were left standing at the door waiting and watching. It was extremely annoying to discover that they could have let us in to wait inside! There is no room service during your stay. If you want it, you have to call to schedule it. There was exactly one towel for each person for a 4 day stay. The pool, while still nice, has none of the little things that make a pool area comfortable -- and that were previously available. For example, there are no towels at the pool, when they were there in the past. We were left to go to the office, where we were handed worn our versions of bath towels, and told we would be charged if they were not returned. I'm not exaggerating, these towels should be considered "cleaning rags". Then, last times we stayed, the pool had some noodles and such that were available for floating. Nothing this time. The location is great. The park across the street is great. I just really wish they would "up" their game.
