Sadly,the gentleman that checked us in yawned and seemed totally disinterested. The room I booked thru hotels.com’was not available’, a Mountainview….we were given a room overlooking a parking garage roof.upon calling the front desk, going back down to the lobby to wait, amid a lot of sidestepping and odd excuses, the correct room was presented, after we had tow it while it was inspected.not sure what the inspection was all about as there were wads of hair and dust bunnies under the nightstand, toothpaste on the bathroom floor, and other debris so clearly it had not been vacuumed or mopped. Yuk!

We loved everything except no access to the pool for our two day stay! We were very dis-appointed as we booked knowing there was 2 pools. We would of not chose this hotel. Otherwise it was a very lovely hotel . We had great service from Kaitlyn in the bar and Ned the manager . Thanks.

I recently stayed here on a solo trip, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The suite was huge, spotless, beautifully designed, and so cozy — everything felt fresh, modern, and relaxing. It had that “just right” balance of comfort and style that makes you feel at home away from home. The customer service was outstanding! Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful — from the front desk to housekeeping. You can tell the staff takes real pride in making sure guests have a great experience. The local restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. My host and waitress were both so sweet and attentive, making dining solo feel comfortable and enjoyable.I put in my notes that I wanted a nice sunset view and they definitely made it happen! Another huge plus — the location! The hotel is in walking distance to the Fashion Square Mall, Ocean 44, and Toca Madera, which made exploring and grabbing dinner super convenient. Whether you’re traveling solo or just need a peaceful reset, this hotel is a total gem. I left feeling relaxed and recharged.

Not one to write reviews but this felt deserving. 1) Showed up to see my room as a mess. Hair all over the floor/carpets, dirty eyelashes in the bathroom, stains / globs of snot on the curtains, stains on the pillowcases. Had to wait THREE hours for my room to get properly cleaned 2) Construction at 7AM with no prior warning on Expedia or the Hotel's website. 3) pools closed for 3 days of my stay also with no warning on Expedia or the website. 4) Water pressure in the shower is atrocious. & There wasn’t even water bottles in the room when i arrived. 5) Windows are completely see through, so keep that in mind. Only compensation they offered me for the dirty room was waiving destination fees and snacks. I will say after that initial conflict the last few days at the hotel were enjoyable.

The roof top pool area was very nice. The gym is well equipped, and the staff are all very professional and helpful. The bar was convenient but way overpriced for drinks, not a reasonable place to unwind for the premium charged.

Great place with great food

The hotel is neat and well kept! My fiancé and I ate at Luna (attached restaurant) our server Kaitlyn was our favorite and knowledgeable and honest about everything on the menu! The pools and service were pretty good (do have to mention the prices for drinks at the pool are more then at Luna or when going out in Scottsdale or Tempe)
