I don’t usually read or write reviews, but my experience with Arizona Elite Properties was bad enough that I feel I need to warn others. I booked a rental through Arizona Elite Properties and ended up staying less than one night. We checked in around 5–6 pm and left by 7:30 am the next morning because I could not get a hold of anyone from the property management company to address our issues. We had four problems in total, one of which was that the stairs were too steep for my older mother to climb up and down for a month. Two other issues were the safety of my 3 year old daughter which I will keep private for the respect of the owner of this property who I did not deal with. The fourth issue had to do with an odor that the property management team couldn't replicate... crazy enough! Therefore at 7:30 am, I finally spoke with someone at Arizona Elite Properties, and the representative told me I should leave. So we packed up everything and left the property. About 7 hours later, another representative from Arizona Elite Properties told me I had to go back and that I would not get a refund.I requested to cancel the reservation and said I was willing to pay for the one night we were there and pay for the cleaning fee because that was reasonable however we were not going back, because my mother could not handle those stairs for a month and we had already packed up and left, and we did not feel safe or comfortable at that property. They will not refund me my money.
